He guided us through the best houses in the area for the budget we had available to us. We were successfully able to negotiate for well below list price for a home in a market where houses are selling at or above asking. All around an excellent real estate agent.

He showed me true dedication in the crazy market that we deal with now by fighting for us to get our dream house. Michael was absolutely amazing. I had an extremely short timeline working with I had to work and he was absolutely amazing. It only took 24 calendar days from when we met to close on my new home. And in that time Michael helped to ensure all the due diligence was complete, put me in contact with a lender that could accommodate an aggressive timeline, AND extracted some meaningful concessions from the seller. Michael is a great realtor. Our first meeting was at a local coffee shop where he shared market trends, historical graphs, and available properties. I was very particular in the type of house I wanted. He was willing to show me multiple houses and never became frustrated along the process. However, he will not inspect a spider infested craw space! He knows the steps and coached me through my first time homebuyer experience. He also has preferred lenders, closing attorneys, home inspectors, etc. Michael is persistent, attentive, and knows various boroughs in Atlanta. I recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your home. 5 stars!
