Michael is a great and an awesome realtor that listens to your needs and lets you know exactly what is available and possible. I had a short amount of time to look for a place before my lease ended. After looking at 20 places and narrowing it down to a few… Michael was able to work with me find the right place. He made sure that he negotiated for me and got me the best deal possible. Michael and his team were an absolute dream to work with. As a first-time homebuyer with limited understanding of the home buying process, I couldn’t have asked for a better agent. Michael was extremely patient and thorough in helping me find a place to rent after moving to the city. He took the effort to understand my needs and consistently reassured me that what I was looking for was not impossible to find. When one option no longer suited me, he helped me pivot after taking the time to understand my hesitation. Michael went above and beyond to get us our house. He is so kind and friendly and most important hungry to get you want you want. Michael has a hustle that can’t be matched. This man will work so hard to find you the perfect home within your budget and wants. Very quickly he went from being our realtor to our friend as well. I’d recommend Michael Williams in a heartbeat.

Michael was excellent at guiding me and my partner through the home buying process. He was available to show us houses on short notice as soon as they came on the market. He guided us through the best houses in the area for the budget we had available to us. We were successfully able to negotiate for well below list price for a home in a market where houses are selling at or above asking. All around an excellent real estate agent.

Michael is an exceptional Realtor. Ironically, he messaged me through Twitter when I posted about how I wished people would stop moving to Georgia because of how hard houses were to find. He showed me true dedication in the crazy market that we deal with now by fighting for us to get our dream house. His negotiation skills were phenomenal during this process and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. He made house hunting fun and a great learning process.

Michael was absolutely amazing. I had an extremely short timeline working with I had to work and he was absolutely amazing. It only took 24 calendar days from when we met to close on my new home. And in that time Michael helped to ensure all the due diligence was complete, put me in contact with a lender that could accommodate an aggressive timeline, AND extracted some meaningful concessions from the seller. I know Michael was absolutely 100% without question the right agent for me. He will be the first person I call when I need a realtor again in the future.

Michael is a great realtor. Our first meeting was at a local coffee shop where he shared market trends, historical graphs, and available properties. I was very particular in the type of house I wanted. He was willing to show me multiple houses and never became frustrated along the process. However, he will not inspect a spider infested craw space! He knows the steps and coached me through my first time homebuyer experience. He also has preferred lenders, closing attorneys, home inspectors, etc. Michael is persistent, attentive, and knows various boroughs in Atlanta. I recommend him if you are looking to buy or sell your home. 5 stars!

Working with Michael was better than we ever could have expected. As new homebuyers the whole process seemed daunting, but he made it so easy for us. Always providing understandable explanations of steps we needed to take or connecting us with resources. We really appreciated his patience and insight during the home search, but especially valued having him advocate for us once we found the one. Overall, we felt like we were in the most capable hands from start to finish.

Michael is knowledgeable about the buying process, responsive and easy to work with. He was honest and direct which I appreciate. Working with Michael made the home buying process quick and easy. I was able to find a home, negotiate under sales price and get closing costs. He and the lender he works with(Rob) did not sugar coat things and were upfront about costs and everything having to do with the home purchase. I highly recommend working with Michael!
